Let’s configure Bit Social with your website and social media. You just need to follow these simple steps.
To install Bit Social navigate to your WordPress dashboard> Plugins> Add New> Search for Bit Social – Auto Post Scheduler. Install & Activate the plugin.
At first, you need to add all of your social media with Bit Social. To do that, Navigate to the Bit Social menu from your WordPress dashboard and click on the “+ Connect Account” button.
You will get a popup to connect all of your social media. There are two ways to connect:
Choose the way you like best and connect all your social media accounts to Bit Social. You can follow this documentation to add your social accounts. Once you are done with it you will see all the connected accounts on the “Accounts” tab.
With Bit Social’s WP Auto Post feature, every time you publish a new product on WordPress, it will automatically get shared on your social media accounts. To do this click on the “WP Auto Post” tab from the Bit Social dashboard and follow these simple steps:
➥ Select the accounts that you want to enable for auto-posting. You can’t turn this on until you pick your accounts from the menu on the left. This feature will share your new WooCommerce products on all the accounts you chose.
➥ Then enable the “Share post automatically” button. Here, choose the type of post you want to share. It automatically shares things like blogs or products to your social accounts.

Let’s add some new products and see how it works! Here I have added a new product named “Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Generation with ANC”.
Here is the product template that I have created for the auto post. I have added {product_name} and {product_short_description} Smart Tags on the template. You need to customize the template for every platform.
When I publish the product, it is immediately shared on social media! Here is what it looks like on my Facebook page.
Also, you can schedule your WooCommerce products for social media. To do that navigate to the “WP Post Schedules” tab from the Bit Social dashboard and click on the “+ Create Schedule” button.
You will get a popup with the all Schedule options. You must set the Start Date & Time, Post Interval, and Post Order. Also, you can set the sleep timer and sleep days to disable posts at that time.
Now configure the Post Filter as per your needs. For WooCommerce products, select the Post Type as Products. And choose the categories and products if needed.
And finally, select the Accounts where you want to post and you can edit the template form here. If you set any template previously you see it from here and if you wish you can change it for this schedule.
