Publishing a new WordPress page is only half the job. If nobody sees it, that page will not bring in traffic, leads, or conversions.
This is a common problem with landing pages, service pages, pricing pages, event pages, and other high-value pages. They go live on the website, but they are never promoted properly on social media. As a result, the page misses the attention it was built to get.
The manual process is also a mess. You have to copy the page link, open each social platform, write a caption, adjust the message, and post it one by one. That takes time, and it is easy to forget.
A better option is to automate the process.
With a tool like Bit Social, you can auto share WordPress pages to social media the moment they are published, or schedule them to go out at a specific time. In this guide, I will show you exactly how to do both.
To auto-share WordPress pages to social media, first install and activate Bit Social, then connect your social account from the Comptes section. After that, enable WP Auto Post, choose Pages as the post type, and publish your page to share it automatically. If you want to post later, go to WP Post Schedules, select Pages, customize the caption, and set the date and time. For better results, use clear captions, strong visuals, and post at the right time.
Landing pages, service pages, or product pages need visibility to generate leads and conversions. But often, most businesses skip the promotion part. As a result, your pages may get little to no traffic.
Here you will find out why auto-sharing WordPress pages to social media is important:
Your website can include the following pages: Landing page, Service page, Pricing page, Resource Page, and more. The real question is, what’s the point of these pages?
People can’t find these pages directly if you don’t promote them on the right platform. Auto-Sharing helps your business stay consistent by regularly posting on social media and driving more traffic to your high-value pages.
Do you have a lead generation page on your website? These pages require constant traffic to generate leads. Mostly free trial pages, consultation pages, or demo request pages need continuous visibility. Through auto-sharing pages, you get steady traffic and increase lead generation.
Without a strong présence dans les médias sociaux, you cannot grow your business. And to create this presence, you need to stay active and post consistently.
By auto-sharing high-value pages, you ensure that people know how your business works and what service it offers. This ultimately improves brand awareness and makes your business stand out.
I know! You’ve probably handled it manually so far. But it won’t have to be the same way forever. As a business owner, you need to manage multiple responsibilities, such as maintaining your website, communicating with clients, and handling marketing.
On top of that, manually copying and pasting your page links to social media only adds to the workload. By auto-sharing WordPress pages, you not only reduce manual efforts but also increase your business productivity.
Before you set this up, make sure a few basics are in place.
You need to install Bit Social on your WordPress site and connect at least one social account. If you want to auto-share WordPress pages, use the Pro version, because page auto-sharing is a Pro feature. AI Prompts are also available in Pro, and they require your own OpenAI API key.
Once that is ready, you can choose whether you want to share pages instantly when published or schedule them for later.
Most WordPress plugins are limited to auto-sharing posts only. Very few plugins, like Bit Social, let you auto-share a WordPress page to comptes de médias sociaux.
To help you get started, I have created a detailed guide showing how you can auto-share your WordPress pages to social media using Bit Social:
First, log in to your WordPress dashboard. From the left menu, go to Plugins → Ajouter un nouveau and search for Bit Social in the search bar. Once the plugin appears in the results, click Install Now, and then click Activer.

After activation, the Bit Social menu will appear in your WordPress dashboard. This is where you can connect your social media accounts and configure automatic sharing.
Maintenant, allez à la page "Comptes" section. You need to connect your preferred social media account where you want to share the page content. Here, I have chosen a LinkedIn account.

Vous pouvez connect to LinkedIn quickly using the En un clic method (just click on the “Connect” button). Just follow the on-screen steps to complete the connection.
Next, open the Bit Social dashboard and go to WP Auto Post settings. Here you will find the option called “Share Posts Automatically.” Enable this option to allow Bit Social to automatically share your content when it is published.

Bit Social soutient multiple WordPress post types, which means you can share not only blog posts but also pages, WooCommerce products, and other custom post types. From the Type de poste option, select Pages so that every new WordPress page can be shared automatically on your connected social media accounts.

You can also configure how the shared content will appear on social platforms. Bit Social allows you to include the page link and customize the caption for each post.
Now, create the page you want to share.
In your dashboard, go to Pages → Add New. Add your page title, write the content, insert images if needed, and finish the layout the way you want it to appear on your site.
When the page is ready, click Publier.
As soon as the page is published, Bit Social can detect that new page and share it automatically to the social accounts you connected earlier.
If you want better captions without writing each one manually, go to Accounts & Templates and create a post template.
Here, you can either write your own caption or generate one with Invitations à l'IA. You can use the page title, description, excerpt, or other content as input.

You can also use smart tags to insert dynamic values automatically, such as the page title, link, or some page content.

Just note that AI Prompts are part of Bit Social Pro and require your own OpenAI API key.
After publishing, open the Journaux section in Bit Social.

This is where you can confirm whether the page was shared successfully.
Sometimes you do not want a page to be shared immediately. You may want it to go out at a better time, match a launch plan, or spread visibility across the week.
In that case, use the scheduling option.
Earlier, I talked about how you can auto publish the WordPress page to social media. But now I will share how you can schedule your WordPress page to be auto-posted at a certain time. For setting this up, go to “WP Post Schedules”.

When creating a new schedule, you need to choose the type de poste you want to share. Since the goal is to share WordPress pages, select Pages from the list.

This tells Bit Social that your schedule should apply to WordPress pages rather than blog posts, products, or other post types.
Ensuite, allez à la page Accounts & Templates section to customize the message that will be shared on social media.
Here you can write your caption, use étiquettes intelligentes to automatically insert page details, or generate a caption using AI prompts. This makes it easy to create engaging posts while keeping the process automated.

Once the message is ready, select the social media accounts where the page should be shared.
Finally, set the date and time for when the page should be shared. After configuring everything, click Créer to save the schedule.

You can always return to the WP Post Schedules section to view, edit, or manage your schedules. Once the scheduled time arrives, Bit Social will automatically publish the page on your selected social media platforms.

Just think about this! The number of responsibilities as a business owner you already manage, such as product development, customer support, and pricing management.
In such situations, manually posting updates to social media adds unnecessary work, especially when the process can be automated. Here, I will share with you a few common problems with manual social sharing:
Posting repetitively is time-consuming. You need to open each platform, paste the link, write a caption, and publish the post.
Often, you might forget to share pages to social media after they are published. And not sharing the page on social media makes you lose a huge opportunity to attract potential customers.
Every social media platform needs slightly different messaging. The problem comes when you need to generate captions for every platform, which increases the workload.
You need to post at times when your audience is most online. But often businesses fail to maintain the exact schedule because of staying busy with other tasks.
You won’t always get high engagement only by posting randomly. To make more people notice your page on social media, you need to follow some best practices. That’s why I have shared with you a few tips & tricks for sharing WordPress pages on social media:
Publishing a page on your website is not enough. If you want people to find it, you need to promote it where your audience already spends time.
That is why auto-sharing matters.
Instead of manually copying links, writing captions, and posting the same update across multiple platforms, you can automate the process and keep your important pages visible from the moment they go live. That includes landing pages, service pages, pricing pages, event pages, case studies, and resource pages.
